Study of the System Program

Do you feel lost teaching? Do you feel that your training didn’t go as deeply as you need as a teacher? Is something missing in your teaching journey? Do you wonder what is the purpose of this exercise?

This Pilates Bridging program is a 1-year deep-dive into the Traditional Method of Joseph Pilates. As he called it Contrology.

This program is a comprehensive one-year course designed to teach you the full traditional system in a fully equipped Gratz studio. The program is 20 hours of learning over 4 workshop weekends, focusing on the "why, how, and purpose" behind each exercise. You'll learn how to assess, connect with, and reassess your clients using the traditional method, enabling you to teach uniquely to the individual in front of you.

The Study of the System starts in January 2026
