Elevate Your Teaching. Expand Your Confidence. Connect with your Community.
Teaching is more than guiding movement — it’s inspiring growth, adapting to individual needs, and continuing to learn long after your own training ends. Our Group Mentorship for Teachers program is designed to support you in becoming the most confident, skilled, and inspired teacher you can be.
In this small, collaborative group setting, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, deepen your understanding of Pilates repertoire and teaching strategies, and refine your ability to see and respond to your clients’ needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore questions, challenges, and successes in a supportive circle of peers.
Whether you’re a new teacher seeking clarity and confidence or an experienced instructor looking to reignite your passion or deepen your knowledge, this mentorship will give you practical tools, valuable insights, and the encouragement to keep growing to continue developing within your career.
Each session is up to 2 hours, including the workshop, handouts, discussion, and Q&A.
Sessions are held on the third Tuesday of each month, 1:00-3:00 pst, unless noted. The monthly topic is listed on the upcoming workshops page.
If you cannot attend at the listed time, you can still participate. All mentorship meetings will be online via Zoom and recorded. You will be given full access to the workshop, including all resources and handouts. The link will be provided after the Workshop with access for 30 days.

The Study of The System
More Than a Bridging Program
Study of the System is more than a bridge—it is a one-year deep dive into the Traditional Method of Joseph Pilates, taught with intention, integrity, and respect for the work as a whole.
This comprehensive program is designed for teachers who are ready to move beyond choreography and step fully into understanding the system. Held in a fully equipped Gratz studio, this course immerses you in the classical work exactly as it was designed to be experienced.
Over the course of one year, you will complete 20 hours of focused learning across four workshop weekends, each carefully structured to explore the why, how, and purpose behind every exercise. This is not about memorization—it’s about meaning.
You will learn how to:
Assess your clients through the lens of the traditional method
Understand how the system works as a whole, not as isolated exercises
Make intelligent, intentional connections within the work
Reassess and adapt, teaching the person in front of you, not a formula
Through this process, you will deepen your ability to see bodies clearly, communicate effectively, and teach with confidence and clarity. The traditional system becomes a living, breathing method—one that allows you to meet each client where they are, while staying true to the integrity of the work.
Study of the System is for teachers who want to slow down, go deeper, and truly understand Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended—not just as exercises, but as a complete, intelligent system of movement.
